Occasionally, we will need to take your watch in to be authenticated by our certified watchmaker. This can happen, for example, in a case where no paperwork is available for the watch or the watch is not running. The process typically takes only a couple of days, and once the watch is authenticated, we can send you a check or have you come in for payment.
